The Art of Yoga Project‘s mission is to lead teenage girls in the California juvenile justice system toward accountability to self, others, and community by providing practical tools to effect behavioral change.

Prison Freedom Project has been running since 2010. Starting initially with one class at the admissions center of Pollsmoor Maximum Facility in Cape Town, South Africa.

Prison Yoga Project Goal is to expand the practice of Hatha Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation to prisons and rehabilitation facilities, and to provide training for Yoga instructors interested in teaching to at-risk populations in prisons, residential rehabilitation facilities, and community programs. This includes both men and women. (US-nationwide & Puerto Rico)

The Yoga Seed Collective strategically concentrating on providing robust inclusive programing with sustainable financial support that brings yoga and meditation services to at-risk and vulnerable populations, including veterans, survivors of abuse, cancer patients, prisoners, seniors, and those with chronic diseases.
