Peter Snyder started practicing yoga and mindfulness in 2007. He found that by cultivating mindfulness and acceptance he could open a space allowing greater ease in life. It also maximized his ability to deal with everyday challenges and emotions. Peter became qualified teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) at the University of Massachusetts medical school in 2014. He attained his MSW in 2016 from Florida State University. Peter has worked with many different populations to include prison inmates, patients in mental health facilities, traumatic brain injuries, and business executives looking to maximize their potential. Peter Also holds 2 separate 200hr yoga teacher certifications and has been teaching yoga to diverse populations since 2012.
